My website has been designed to help you find your way in this changing equality and diversity landscape.
I work with local government, colleges, voluntary sector organisations and private sector companies to find creative and realistic solutions to developing equality and diversity frameworks which will meet your business needs.
I’m interested in helping you ‘tell your story’ of achievement as well as find pathways to guide your understanding and improve your ability to demonstrate how equality and diversity has benefitted your business and public service.
My experience of conducting equality audits and familiarity with external assessment regimes including the local government equality framework; OFSTED and HMIe; as well as the FTSE 4Good criteria will assist you in being able to demonstrate the required compliance against the general and public sector equality duties.
